We are in EDİRNE city center.Our association is a non-profit organization. Sunflower youth and education association is an Association entirely dedicated to the development of youth. Its mission is to stimulate and sustain young people’s active, civic and responsible participation to the educational, social, cultural and economic environment of the communities they live in. Ayçiçeği youth and education association concentrates its efforts on activities with clear objectives, such as the development, support and reinforcement of the counseling, informing and forming processes of the target generation, in a European context. These objectives will be met by means of creating the favorable environment in the communities of these young people for the enhancement of their personal and professional performance. Furthermore, their needs will constantly be identified and fulfilled through a large array of sustainable activities. For its well-functioning, this association relies on the principles of responsible volunteering, self-motivation and self-determination, active civic participation, taking initiative, involvement and cooperation, adaptability, continuity, competence, competitiveness, friendship, mutual respect and support, democracy, transparency, equity, legality, durability, social dialogue, Inter-religious dialogue tolerance, versatility and non-discrimination. 1.Vocational Training and Education 2. We have the capacity to support engaging debates and discussions on relevant topics in current society. Being involved and supporting interculturality, our staff has developed necessary competences on communication and understanding. Among our members, There are proficient users of English, Bulgarian Ismail VEKİL …….. Technical Teacher/ Youth and Adult Trainer/ Project Coordinator: He has worked for a long time in the field of Machine technology and entrepreneurship education. He is a youth worker who has worked on the problems of the youth and he is an old sportsman. He has got the Youthpass certificate. Greece has taken a training course Youthpass seminar. As the project coordinator of the project number 2012-1TR1-LEO03-38872, which was supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. We have been working in the project where the partner of our partner, Grecee, is working in partnership with the participant. We have got the National Agency and MONE approved certificate for project writing and management.
