Proje Özeti:	Proje, doğal, kültürel ve tarihi mirasın ve altyapının daha iyi kullanılmasının yanı sıra belediyelerdeki turizm potansiyelinin, turizm alanında işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi yoluyla sınır ötesi alanda yer alan Ivaylovgrad ve Keşan’ın turistik çekiciliğini artırmayı amaçlamaktadır. İki tarafta da turizm çekiciliğinin arttırılarak istihdam seviyesinin yükseltilmesi, sınırötesi ve yerel ekonomilerin büyümesi ve yaşam kalitesinin artması hedeflenmektedir. Tüm hedeflere ulaşılması, sektörde sadece katılımcı ülke ve bölgeler için değil, daha büyük ölçekte katma değer ve sinerji yaratacaktır. Ayrıca ekonomik bağlantıların, iletişim kanallarının ve ek turizm hizmetlerinin artmasına da olanak yaratacaktır. Sonuç olarak, sınır ötesi bölgede kültürel, sosyal ve ekonomik alışverişin iyileştirilmesi, sonuçların daha geniş alana yayılması gibi çarpan etkisinin oluşması aynı zamanda projenin sürdürülebilirliğine de katkıda bulunacaktır. Proje faaliyetleri arasında Ivaylovgrad belediyesine bağlı Lambuh köyünde bir turizm kompleksinin geliştirilmesi - bir erişim yolunun yeniden inşası, iki yaya yolu, dinlenme ve gözlem alanları, engelliler için rampalar ve bir bilgi merkezinin geliştirilmesi yer almaktadır. Keşan belediyesinde - Macera Parkının geliştirilmesi ve bir bilgi merkezinin inşaatı ve donanımı sağlanacaktır. Projenin hedeflerine ulaşmak için, projenin tanıtımına yönelik ortak bir turizm geliştirme programı geliştirilecek, Ivaylovgrad'da ortak bilgilendirme kampanyası düzenlenecek ve her iki belediyede turistik yerlerin tanıtımı için tur düzenlenip basın toplantıları organize edilecektir. Proje sonucunda Lambuh (Ivaylovgrad) köyündeki turistik yerlere erişim iyileştirilecek - köyde bulunan ekoturizm kompleksindeki erişim yolu ve iki yaya yolunun yeniden inşası sağlanacak, rampalar inşa ederek engellilerin erişimi kolaylaştırılacaktır. Keşan belediyesine macera parkı yapılacak, her belediyeye birer bilgi merkezi inşa edilecektir.

Proje Özeti:	The project is built over two major objectives: to improve capacity in the field of culture and tourism in the cross-border region through large investment in vital improvements of 2 key tourist sites, namely Fortress Rusokastro and Rock monastery St.Nicolas - Kıyıköy; to improve the public access to the common cultural-historical heritage on both sides of the border bearing common history. The main project activities are Construction of an access road to the cultural historical heritage site Fortress Rusokastro in Bulgaria and reconstruction of an access road to the cultural historical heritage site St. Nikola Monastery, Kıyıköy, Turkey. Joint Promotional Event "Ancient Roads Leading to Nature, Culture and History" will be held in Kiyikoy. As a result of the implementation of the project the common cultural heritage in the cross border region will be popularised and the tourist potential and knowledge of the two cultural heritage sites will be increased. Projenin Durumu: Tamamlandı. Sürdürülebilir Turizme Giden Yollar projesi, Bulgaristan - Türkiye sınır ötesi bölgesinde iki küçük belediye arasında yakın bir ortaklık kuran bir projedir. İki belediye işbirliğinde ilçelerinde bulunan en önemli iki kültürel miras alanı olan Kameno Belediyesi'ndeki Rusokastro Ortaçağ Kalesi ve Kıyıköy'de bulunan Aya Nikola Manastırının turizm potansiyellerinin arttırılması yönünde çalışmalar gerçekleştirmişlerdir. Projenin 18 aylık uygulama süresinde, dünya çapında turizm sektöründe büyük hasara neden olan COVID-19 krizi ile karşılaşılmasına rağmen iki ortak faaliyetlerine yine işbirliği içerisinde devam etmeyi başarmıştır. Kıyıköy Belediyesi tarafından önemli turizm alanına giden yolun kalan 400 metrelik kısmı başarı ile tamamlamış olup Kıyıköy ziyaretçilerine ve vatandaşlarına sur kapılarından Aya Nikola Manastırına kadar kesintisiz ulaşım sağlamış oldu. Kameno Belediyesi de yeni rekreasyon alanı ile Rusokastro kalesi arasına 1066 metre uzunluğunda bağlantı yolu inşa etmiştir. Projenin son aylarında ortaklar, ortak bir turistik ürünün yaratılması ve tanıtımına odaklanmıştır. Covid tedbirleri kapsamından iki ortak yine başarılı bir şekilde iki ülkenin arasındaki ziyaretleri gerçekleştirmiş ve tanıtım materyalleri paylaşımında bulunmuştur.

Proje Özeti:	The overall objective of the project is to increase the tourism attractiveness of the Cross border area through the reconstruction and socialization of two very important archaeological tourism areas: the Rusokastro Fortress area in Kameno/ Bourgas and Asagipinar open-air museum demonstrating the prehistorical period and rich historical past of these lands. The small scale construction of a complex tourist zone for recreation and sport next to the Fortress Rusokastro includes building a thematic space with an open-air classroom, a training board, amphitheatrically placing seating benches for the visitors, a thematic outdoor playground, an archery sight, a rock climbing wall, benches, waste containers, information will be installed backgammon. One of the great attractions for children and adults will be the set up of a new attraction - a Mini Model of the Rusokastro Fortress the smaller model of the fortress in its heyday. Parallel activity from the Turkish project partners will be investment works in the Asagipinar open-air museum including the construction of the Time Tunnel, which demonstrates the prehistorically period in the Strandzha Mountain. Another important objective of the project is the promotion of the two important sites by organizing three events promoting cultural and historical tourism in the cross-border area. Representatives of 20 cultural heritage sites will be invited to the joint events "Our Living Ancient Towns" to participate with advertising materials and the web portal "Our Living Ancient Cities". There are also envisaged tours for tour operators on both sides, as well as visits of children to the historic sites. As a result of the implementation of the project, successful reconstruction and socialization activities in Ruskoastro and Asagipinar ancient archaeological areas and developed new attractive tourism services for the visitors and tourists in Cross border area will be carried out and new attractive tourist services for visitors and tourists in the cross-border region will be developed. Proje durumu: Tamamlandı ‘Yaşayan Antik Kentler - Aşağıpınar ve Rusokastro’ projesi, sınır ötesi bölgedeki tur destinasyonlarına iki önemli tarihi ve arkeolojik alanı dahil ederek Kırkalreli ve Burgaz ilçelerinin turistik potansiyelini artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Proje kapsamında Aşağıpınar ve Rusokastro arkeolojik alanlarda önemli altyapı ve üğstyapı çalışmaları yürütüldü. Bu çalışmalarla alanlara oyun yerleri, dinlenme alanları, yürüyüş yolları ve yeni sergi alanların yapılmasıyla bu iki mekanın çekiçiliğinin artırılması hedeflenmiştir. Proje kapsamında ayrıca bu iki önemli alanların çevrimiçi tanıtımı yapılmış ve yerel tur operatörlerine bölgedeki tur tekliflerini ücretsin yayınlamalarına imkan sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca, Kırklareli ve Burgas illerind efaaliyette olan turizm sector temsilcilerine yönelik tanıtım turları düzenlenerek, yapılan alyapı ve üstyapı düzenlemeler yerel tur operatorlerinin bilgisine sunuldu. Proje kapsamında Açık Hava Müzesi ve Arkeolojik sit alanı olan Aşağıpınar’da aşağıdaki iyileşltirmeler yapılmış oldu: Alanın güvenliği sağlanması için üç servis kapısıyla çevre duvarı inşağ edildi, Çevre düzenlemesi yapıldı ve alanın farklı bölümlerinde yürüyüş yolları inşa edildi, Zaman tüneli olarak adlandırılan serge alanın çatısı kaplandı, Altyapı elektrik işleri yapıldı, Yangın güvenlik sistemi kuruldu. Kayalık ve Sulak alanlar olarak adlandırılan iki ayrı sergileme alanı oluşturuldu, içerisinde hayvan ve insan figürleri yerleştirildi. Rusokastro Kalesi alkeolojik sit alanında ve turizm bölgesinde proje kapsamında aşağıdaki iyileştirmeler yapıldı: Yeni atraksyon oluşturuldu - Rusokastro kalenin küçük modeli yapıldı, Tematik oturma alanı, ziyaretçiler ve kursiyerler için amfiteatro ve açık hava sınıfı oluşturuldu, Açık hava oyun alanı yapıldı, Okçuluk sahası oluşturuldu, Dağ ve kaya tırmanış sahası oluşturuldu, Rekreasyon alanları için 2 adet büfe, 2 çardak, banklı masa takımları alındı, 4 adet çöp konteynerleri ve ayrı atık toplama alanı oluşturuldu, Oturma bankları, bilgi panoları yerleştirildi, Uzun ömürlü dekoratif ağaç ve bitki ördüşü dikildi, Bekçi kabini konuldu, Spor malzemeleri için 2 adet konteyner temin edildi. Proje kapsamında ayrıca üç dildi tanıtım malzemeleri hazırlandı ve dağıtıldı.

Proje Özeti:	The project aims at increasing the tourist attractiveness and improving the capacity in the field of culture and tourism in the cross-border region through large investments in vital improvements of two key tourist sites, namely Aquae Calidae-Therma, Bulgaria and Rock monastery St.Nicolas - Kıyıköy, Turkey. The main project activities include preservation, protection and creating accessible to visitors tourist infrastructure to archaeological excavations at the medieval fortress "Aquae Calidqae Therma" near Burgas, Bulgaria and the construction of inlet time with associated facilities - sidewalks, parking and street lighting to the cut into the Rock Monastery "St. Nicholas" in Kaikyoy, Turkey. The project envisages also restoration works, creation of tourist infrastructure and digitization of cultural valuables by establishing information and communication technologies. For the purposes of theproject, it will be purchased a device for 3D scanning, server, storage and processing of data and two information pavilion for the access points to the base in the Regional Historical Museum in Burgas and at "Aquae Calidae Therma". A conference with the participation of experts in archeology, conservation and restoration on the management of cultural heritage and promotion of its tourist value will be held. The implementation of the project will lead to creation of a joint tourist product for the purposes of cross border co-operation, to promotion of the target area as a common tourist destination and to improvement of the access to cultural and historical landmarks.

Proje Özeti:	Projenin genel amacı, Tsarevo Belediyesi ve Kırklareli Özel İdaresi arasındaki sınır ötesi işbirliğinin, Tsarevo ve Kırklareli'de kültür ve doğa turizmi açısından sürdürülebilir turizm gelişimi alanında spor ve turistik faaliyetlerin çeşitlendirilmesi yoluyla güçlendirilmesidir. Bunun için Müselim'de (Kırklareli) bisiklet yolu ve yeni bir yeşil park inşa edilecek ve Tsarevo ile Arapya arasında yeni bir bisiklet yolu yapımı gerçekleştirilecektir. Ayrıca, projede Kırklareli'de bir açık hava etkinliği ve Tsarevo'da bir nihai toplantı düzenlenecektir. Proje uygulaması sonucunda turizm sezonunun uzatılarak, bölgeye gelen turist sayısının ve kalış sürelerinin arttırılması, iki belediyenin sosyo-ekonomik durumunun iyileştirilmesi, turizm ve yatırım gelirlerinin artırılması ve istihdam olanakları yaratılması beklenmektedir.

Proje Özeti:	The project's overall aim is strengthening the Bulgaria-Turkey CBC capacity between historically connected twin-cities of Pomorie and Inece in the field of sustainable tourism through increasing the touristic attractiveness of these Municipalities, improving the cross-border cooperation and good neighbourly relations between citizents of the both municipalities and strengthening the integration relation between the communities on both sides of the border in twin cities. The main project activities are reconstruction of cultural monument into a cultural center "House of the Arts" in Pomorie, improvement the touristic conditions and accessibility in natural touristic area "Chamlak", Inece - construction of cycle route, walking path and touristic facilities. Proje Özeti:	The project aims to increase the tourist attractiveness of the municipalities of Topolovgrad (Bulgaria) and Inedzhe (Turkey) by improving the conditions for recreation and tourism through the efficient use of the existing natural resources. The project envisages the creation of two zones for recreation and outdoor activities in the area of "Plochest" in Topolovgrad and in the area of "Chamlak" - Inedzhe. Grounds of over 12 acres, traditionally used for games and events in nature, located near the city of Topolovgrad will be equipped with seating places, shelters, playground and barbecue facilities. The construction of a volleyball, basketball and soccer field, walking paths and a model of a Thracian sanctuary are also envisaged. In the "Chamlak" area in Inedzhe a zone for recreation, sport and public events in the open with area of 30 acres will be created. Placement of pavilions, tables, benches, facilities for basketball, mini-football and volleyball is envisaged. A prefabricated scene for conducting mass public events with equipment for sound and lighting will be installed. To promote the tourism attractiveness of both regions "Schools in the open" will be held in the created areas. For three days in Topolovgrad and in Inedzhe groups of 30 students from the secondary education schools of the two municipalities will gain knowledge about the natural heritage and biodiversity of the cross border region and will aquire survival skills in nature. The project envisages also the shooting of a film promoting the conditions for leisure and tourism in the two municipalities and the elaboration of a tourist catalog "Sakar Mountain." The implementation of the project will expand the opportunities for recreation in the cross border region, will promote the development of sustainable tourism as a tool for socio-economic revival and will increase the competitiveness and the incomes of local people. Yerel topluluklar ve turistler için çok önemli iki alan olan - Topolovgrad'daki Plochest ve İnece'deki Çamlık, Bulgaristan ve Türkiye’nin sınır ötesi bölgesini ziyaret etmek için en iyi yerlerden ikisi olagelmiştir. Proje kapsamındaki ana faaliyetler, bu güzel çam ormanı alanlarındaki rekreasyon ve turizm koşullarının mimari elemanların yerleştirilmesi ve ihtiyaç duyulan kaynakların temin edilmesi yoluyla iyileştirilmesidir. Yeni geliştirilmiş rekreasyon ve turizm alanlarına ilişkin proje sonuçları ve hem belediyelerin hem Bulgaristan hem de Türkiye'nin sınır ötesi alanının bir parçası olan turizm cazibesi potansiyeli, proje kapsamında ele alınan çeşitli etkinlikler ve materyallerle yaygın olarak tanıtıldı. Plochest'te düzenlenen “Doğada Okul” - Topolovgrad, Topolovgrad'dan 30 öğrenciye, dağlarda fotoğraf çekmek ve yönlendirmek için modern teknik donanımlar kullanarak, doğada hayatta kalma becerileriyle, doğal ve kültürel miras ve biyoçeşitlilik hakkında bilgi verildi. Aynı tür etkinlik - “Doğada Okul” Inece'deki Çamlık'da ancak Bulgaristan'dan 10 öğrencinin ve Türkiye'den 20 öğrencinin katılımıyla gerçekleşti. Çamlık'daki “Doğada Okul” etkinliği her iki ülkeden gelen genç öğrenciler için güçlü bir sınır ötesi değişim unsuruna sahiptir. “Doğadaki Okullar” çok ilginç ve faydalı olduğu etkinliklerle görülmüştür ve Topolovgrad ve İnece'de bütün sınır ötesi alan için güzel bir örnek olma niteliği taşımaktadır. Proje sonuçları, Topolovgrad ve İnece'deki yerel topluluklara, her bir şehirde yerel halkla yapılan toplantılarda özel olarak düzenlenmiş olarak sunulmuştur. En etkili sonuçlar arasında, her iki belediyenin rekreasyon ve turizm için güzelliğini ve çekiciliğini destekleyen tanıtım malzemelerinin oluşturulmasıdır. Proje kapsamında iki çok özel tanıtım ve reklam materyali hazırlandı - çok ihtiyaç duyulan Gezi rehberi “Sakar Dağı” ve eşsiz bir tanıtım filmi "Güzellik, Ruh ve Gelenekler - Sakar Dağı ve aşağı Tunca Nehri'ne ulaşan yolculuk" ikisi de kalitesini kanıtladı ve bölgenin sahip olduğu büyük potansiyeli ve çekiciliği göstermiştir. Eko Turizm destinasyonu olarak Topolovgrad ve İnece Belediyesi'nin ilgi çekiciliğinin artırılması" projesi, Bulgaristan ve Türkiye'nin sınır ötesi bölgesinde hem rekreasyon hem de turizm alanlarında en büyük sosyal etkiye sahip projelerden biri olmuş, hem rekreasyon hem de turizm alanları olan Plochest ve Çamlık alanlarında turistler ve vatandaşlar için ziyaret edilmesi gereken bir nirengi noktası haline gelmiştir. Proje Özeti:	The overall goal of the project is to strengthen cross-border cooperation between the municipalities of Kaynardzha and Tsarevo in the field of sustainable tourism development in terms of cultural tourism by increasing their attractiveness through the use of cultural heritage sites, hiking trails in Kaynardzha, Byzantine Church and Watermill. and access to the late antique and medieval fortress in Ahtopol, Tsarevo Municipality. The project activities include rehabilitation of cultural heritage sites in Kaynardzha - Byzantine church, water mill and footpaths near historic canals, in Tsarevo municipality - rehabilitation of access to the late antique and medieval fortress in Ahtopol. Three seminars and two press conferences will be organized in Kaynardzha, two working meetings and two press conferences in Tsarevo. As a result of the project implementation, the socio-economic situation will be improved by extending the tourist season, increasing the number of tourists visiting the region and increasing their length of stay, increasing income from tourism and investment and creating employment opportunities. Projenin Durumu: Tamamlandı. Proje 01.04.2022 tarihinde sona ermiştir. Proje kapsamında her iki bölgede var olan önemli kültürel ve turistik alanlar ve bu alanlara ulaşıma yönelik inşaat yapım işleri başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanmıştır. Proje boyunca her iki bölgede düzenlenen toplantı ve basın konferansları ile yerel ve bölgesel halk ile birlikte turizm sektöründeki paydaşlar çalışmalar hakkında bilgilendirilerek bölgedeki tarihi, kültürel ve turistik alanlar tanıtılmış ve bu alanların çekiciliği artırılmıştır. Bu sayede Kaynarca ve Tsarevo belediyeleri arasında sürdürülebilir turizm geliştirilerek teşvik edilmiştir.

Proje Özeti:	The project aims is to create an information system that will significantly increase the tourist activity and the overall exchange of people which will lead to the improvement of the quality of life in the areas of Edirne and Haskovo. The overall objective is to develop contemporary tourist attractive services in the public cultural sector by using the modern technology. Project activities will provide opportunities for new joint efforts in preservation and promotion of cultural heritage in the two regions. The major activities are Joint Project Steering (JPS) meetings for development of mechanisms for CB support and sharing good practices, Joint Expert Network (JEN) meetings to establish a network for sharing know-how of cultural heritage potential and sustainable tourism Augmented Reality for traditional costumes to develop contemporary tourist attractive services in the public cultural sector; Development of joint GIS platforms - the historical heritage in the cross-border region will be promotion in an innovative way, elaboration of one brochure “CULT TOUR” and one Catalogues "Culture Heritage" for marketing of sustainable and diverse, specific tourism products with high added value and increasing the sector's contribution for sustainable regional development. Additionally are envisaged the events "Тraditions and continuity" and "Moma Vs. Kokona" to promote the historical heritage in CB region. Six Promotional events "Ancient and eternal" will be held to involve local communities in the processes of developed contemporary tourist attractive services in public cultural sector using the ICT and e-Tourism and promote the historical heritage in the region as a whole. The implementation of the activities will increase the touristic attractiveness of the CB area through better utilisation of natural, cultural and historical heritage and related infrastructure. The project will improve the exchange of information among people and the quality of life in the two regions. As a result of the installed "cloud" GIS platform, an integrated database of cultural resources will be achieved through the implementation of modern interactive information technologies and the creation of web-based applications for promotion of the cultural and historical monuments on the territory of the two regions. The development of a geographical information system for tourist attractions aims to achieve the optimal and efficient use of the tourist potential of the CB region. The project has the innovative idea to provide conditions for development of tourism, as well as to promote culture and traditions. Projenin Durumu: Tamamlandı. Proje 25.02.2022 tarihinde sona ermiştir. "Çapraz-Trakya Bağlantısı" projesi Trakya'nın Bulgaristan ve Türkiye sınırında hayat buldu, tarihi ve doğal miras bilincini hem geleneksel hem de dijital yöntemlerle ele aldı. Proje, her iki bölgede de az bilinen bölgelerin popülaritesini artırmayı ve çeşitli dijital formların kullanımıyla bu bölgelerdeki turist kaynaklarını tanıtmayı amaçlamıştır. Her iki ülkeden uzmanlar, atölye çalışmaları aracılığıyla, kendi bölgelerindeki bilinen, az bilinen ve bilinmeyen yerleri, eserleri, olayları, yaşam tarzları, hikayeleri, kıyafetleri, taşları, toprakları, suları, ormanları, gelenekleri, şehir sanatları, kırsal cazibe merkezleri ve bilinmeyen efsaneleri tespit edip yorumladılar. Uzmanlar, geçmişin ruhunu bazen kilise bahçesinde, bazen cami bahçesinde, tarihi bir çeşmenin yanında veya müze bahçesinde keşfederek, yöresel kostümler ve antik danslarla, bölgeyi bir tür turistik cazibe merkezi olarak, insanların duyularına hitab eden rengarenk bir zevke dönüştürdüler. Son olarak, Uzmanlar tarafından tespit edilmiş olan 88 cazibe noktası, Türkiye'de Keşan, Enez, Edirne, Bulgaristan'da Mineralni Bani ve Haskovo'da, 4 ayrı noktada etkinlikler eşliğinde tanıtıldı. Heriki bölgenin cazibe köşelerini anlatmak için, turizmcilere geziler eşliğinde aktarıldı. Bulgaristan ve Türkiye'nin daha az bilinen bu 88 noktası, akıllı haritaya aktarılarak digital bölgesel rehber uygulamasına dönüştürülüp, teknolojinin bilişim alanındaki tanıtım fırsatları uygulanmış oldu.
