The Guidelines for Applicants under the Second Call for Proposals under the Interreg – IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme were amended by decision of the Joint Monitoring Committee from 19 February 2019.

Important! Modification of the complaint procedure on the technical and quality assessment and selection under the Second Call for Proposals

The complaint procedure after the technical and quality assessment and selection under the Second Call for Proposals of the Bulgaria-Turkey Interreg – IPA CBC Programme was amended by decision of the Joint Monitoring Committtee from 13 December 2018. Changes were introduced in point 2 “Complaint after the technical and quality assessment” of Attachment 3 “Complaint procedure” to the Guidelines for Applicants.

Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey 2014 – 2020 Programme took place on December 13th in Pomorie, Bulgaria.

The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Denitsa Nikolova, Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of Republic of Bulgaria and co-chaired by Mrs. Beyza Turan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Turkey. Mrs. Magali Lenoel represented the “Regional and Urban Policy” Directorate General at the European Commission at the meeting.

86 Project Proposals passed successfully the Administrative Compliance and Eligibility Assessment under the Second Call

The Joint Monitoring Committee of the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme approved the results of the first two evaluation phases under the Second call for project proposals including: 1. Preliminary session and verification of submitted proposals and 2. Administrative compliance and eligibility check.

130 project proposals were received under the Second call

The Second call for proposals of the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria-Turkey Programme was open till 11 April 2018, 17:00 h. local time in Bulgaria. Altogether 130 project proposals were received via the Electronic system. Next steps after the reception are examination and evaluation. In order to be proposed for financing the project proposal submitted within the deadline must passed the administrative and eligibility check and technical and quality assessment.
